“Be inspired. It’s your career. It’s your life.” That’s my company’s
slogan, but it also reflects my attitude about the work I do in the
career-management field.
Since founding my practice in the early 1980s,
it’s been my privilege to support many clients across an incredible
range of disciplines as they navigate their own transitions and moves.
And I love empowering individuals to actuate their own career goals!
I work with clients coast-to-coast throughout all facets of career
management: from development of resumes and other branded career
documents to creation of job-search strategies. Interview, job search,
and negotiation coaching comprises a significant part of the work I do.
While many of these clients are senior-level executives, I also work
with those aspiring to reach the top organizational tiers. Likewise,
through my C-level work, I have the opportunity to frequently coach
trailing spouses as well as the children of these high-achieving clients
as they prepare for college and graduate school admission and
ultimately their own careers following completion of undergraduate and
graduate studies.
Prior to starting my private practice, I worked in HR/staffing,
public relations, and field service management for such companies as
Digital Equipment Corporation, John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance
Company, and Parker-Hannifin Corporation.
